Frequently Asked Questions

IF We prefer to bill our own patient's, but we are interested in obtaining insurance claim processing services from you. Does your company offer this service?

We sure do! Please keep in mind however, patient billing is best performed by your medical biller, who already has access to all account balances and other additional information. If we are already handling the insurance end of things, it only makes common sense to let our system automatically generate the claims on an as needed basis!

We can provide you with our Remote Access/Viewing software, which is updated regularly, for an additional fee. This will enable your staff to view patient balances and generate their own statements, among other things.

How are our services invoiced?

Most of the services we provide are invoicing according to a negotiated agreement between your practice and Health Pro Billing and Management Services. Generally, our compensation is based on a percentage of collections. We can also charge a per encounter fee if the client desires. Depending on the service need, we accept payment prior to service, or NET 30.

Is there an upfront fee to get started?

 There are no startup costs or out-of-pocket expenses. 

Are any of your services outsourced?

No. We personally handle medical billing consulting for individual practitioners or groups.
